Why I keep this community small

There seems to be a misconception in today’s trading world that every educator is trying to build the biggest of discord, the biggest chat room, or the largest social media following possible. That's not what I'm doing here. I have no interest in building a massive community filled with noise, distractions, and people who are looking for shortcuts. Trading is what I do every day, and I spend enormous amount of time studying the markets, reviewing data, analyzing price action, and refining my approach. The reality is that I don't need thousands of members. I would much rather work with a small group of serious traders who are generally committed into improving their skills and understanding how the market actually works.

Over time, a small group of us has developed here who generally enjoyed discussing the markets, sharing ideas, and challenging each other's thinking. We all approach trading as a profession rather than a hobby. This is not a room built around hype, hot tips, or chasing the latest social media stock. The market doesn't reward excitement, it rewards preparation, discipline, and consistency. I am consistently green because I know how to trade, I understand risk management and have invested thousands of hours studying market behavior. Professional trading is not about being right on every trade. It's about understanding probabilities, controlling risk, and making sound decisions over and over again. The people who fit best here are those who want to learn how the market truly operates rather than Those looking for easy answers.

I intend to keep it selective and manageable. I'm not looking to attract anyone, and I'm certainly not trying to convince skeptics who constantly question every idea without putting in the work themselves. There are plenty of large chat rooms for that. My goal is to maintain a small, professional environment where traders can learn, exchange ideas, and continue developing their skills. If you're willing to study, think independently, and treat trading like a business, you'll fit in well here. If you're looking for hype, constant alerts, or someone to hold your hand through every decision, this probably isn't the right place. Trading is my profession, not my hobby, and this community reflects that philosophy. My focus has always been on quality over quantity, and that's exactly how I intend to keep it.
